一种新型静脉尿路造影压迫器的研究与开发

目的:研究与开发一种新型静脉尿路造影腹部压迫器,以弥补原压迫器的不足。方法:对103例不同性别及年龄患者的输尿管压迫部位及输尿管行径进行研究、测量与分析。结果:在静脉尿路造影中,压迫器对输尿管压迫的部位,只局限于第一骶椎上缘至骶髂关节下缘水平区间的骶骨与部分髂骨间行经的那部分输尿管,其长度在44.0mm～80.0mm间;行经在该区间的输尿管,以围绕人体正中矢状线,左右侧基本对称分布,且呈)(状,上水平线输尿管行径的间距为≦132.0mm～≧40.0mm,中间水平线输尿管行径的间距为≦93.0mm～≧40.0mm,下水平线输尿管行径的间距为≦113.0mm～≧52.0mm。开发了一个152.00cm×82.00cm×69.98cm的长方体压迫器,其上半部为实心体、下半部为多组压迫片组成。结论:一种新型静脉尿路造影压迫器优于传统压迫器,有较高的临床实用价值。
