黄石市城区社区卫生服务基本情况调查

目的了解黄石市城区社区卫生服务基本情况,以便全面掌握社区卫生服务基本信息,为促进社区卫生服务发展,制定有关政策提供依据。方法统一制作表格,在规定的时间内网上填报,辅之以必要的现场访谈。结果机构设置不均,开发区和铁山区机构设置不完善;房屋建筑面积达到标准,但租房比例较高;药品收入是社区卫生服务机构的最大收入来源;61家社区卫生服务机构共有卫生技术人员807人,职称、学历偏低。建议政府应当进一步加大对社区卫生服务的支持力度;规范社区卫生服务的管理;加快全科医学人才培养;健全补偿机制,重视社区公共卫生服务。

The Survey of City Community Health Service in Huangshi

OBJECTIVE To understand the basic situation of City Community Health Services in Huangshi,in order to fully grasp the basic information of community health service,to promote community health service development,provide a basis for formulating such a policy.METHODS Produce a unified questionnaire,report on-line within time,and need on-site interviews.RESULTS The institutions are set up unevenly,and institutions are inadequate in TieShan and development zone.The square of buildings is up to standard,but the proportion of renters is too high. The income of drug is the main resource of community health services. There are 807 health technicians in 61 community health service. But the professional position and education level are low. SUGGESTIONS The government should further increase investment in community health service support. The management of community health service should be standardized. We must to training more and more general practice. Public hearth community service should be promoted by improving the compensation mechanisms.
