摘    要:目的观察布地奈德对哮喘痰液中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶(NE)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、基质金属蛋白酶抑制物-1(TIMP-1)和血清白介素6(IL-6)、白介素8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)含量的影响。方法36例中度非急性发作期哮喘患者均给予布地奈德喷喉,每次200μg,2次/d,疗程4周,治疗前后分别收集痰液检测NE、MMP-9、TIMP-1,同时静脉采血检测IL-6、IL-8及TNF-α。结果经治疗后,患者痰液NE、MMP-9、TIMP-1均较治疗前明显降低(P〈0.01),且血清IL-6、IL-8及TNF-α也较治疗降低(P〈0.05,P〈0.01)。结论布地奈德可降低痰液上述三种蛋白酶的含量,降低了气道阻力,同时减少血清炎性细胞因子的含量,抑制了呼吸道炎性反应而发挥治疗哮喘的作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of budesonide on neutrophil elastase (NE) ,matrix metalloproteinases(MMP-9) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1 (TIMP-1)in the patients'sputum, so did the blood-serum cytokines IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α. Methods 36 midrange non-acute episode asthma patients were given budesonide consperg,200 ug, two times perday for 4 weeks, the sputum and serum were collected, and the upper indexes were tested before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the NE,MMP-9,TIMP-1 in the sputum were obviously less than that of pre-treatment(P 〈0. 01 ) ,so were the blood-serum cytokines IL-6 ,IL-8 and TNF-α (P 〈 0. 05,P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Budesonide consperg can decrease the quantity of NE, MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in the sputum so as to lessen the airway resistance, furthermore, it can also decrease the quantity of IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α,which can inhibit the inflammatory reaction so as to treat asthma.
