| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨针刀配合药物阻滞治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效及价值。方法:将98例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为两组,观察组采用针刀配合药物阻滞治疗,对照组采用针刀治疗。结果:观察组治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组(P0.05),观察组的止痛起效时间明显少于对照组(P0.05),两组治疗前VAS评分差异无统计学意义(P0.05),观察组治疗后VAS评分明显低于对照组(P0.05)。结论:针刀配合药物阻滞治疗膝关节骨性关节炎具有较好的疗效,同时止痛起效时间更短,镇痛效果更好,在临床上具有较高的应用价值。

Treating KOA by acupuncture plus medicine |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and value of the acupuncture plus medicine on treating KOA.Methods:98 cases of patients with KOA were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group were treated by acupuncture plus medicine and the control group were treated with acupuncture.Results:The efficiency of observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05),Analgesic onset time of the observation group was significantly less than the control group(P<0.05).the VAS scores in the two groups before treatment had no significant differences(P>0.05),the VAS scores of observation group was significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture plus medicine has good effect on treating KOA,worthy of clinical application. |
