银质针结合系统康复治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征临床研究

目的观察银质针结合系统康复治疗对社区脑卒中后肩手综合征患者的治疗效果。方法 80例社区脑卒中后肩手综合征患者,予以相同的基础治疗,随机分为银质针治疗组40例及体针对照组40例,两组患者针后均进行系统康复治疗,采用非双盲法随机对照研究。结果治疗组疗效好于对照组(P<0.01),治疗后两组FugL-Meyer评分均高于治疗前(治疗组P<0.01,对照组P<0.05),且治疗组高于对照组治疗(P<0.01)。治疗后治疗组运动神经传导速度改变明显提高(P<0.01)。结论银质针结合系统康复治疗能提高脑卒中后肩手综合征患者上肢运动功能,并可促进损伤的神经再生。

Clinical study of silver needle with systematical rehabilitation on shoulder-hand syndrome after apoplexy

【Objective】 To explore the therapeutic effects of silver needle on shoulder-hand syndrome 1(SHS) after apoplexy in community.【Methods】 80 patients with SHS after apoplexy were randomly divided into two groups: Silver needle group and body acupuncture.Body acupuncture treatment was chosen as the control treatment set,each group with 40 patients.All the patients were treated with the same foundation treatment.The two groups of patients took rehabilitation exercises after acupuncture treatment.【Results】 The curative effect was significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group.The Fugl-Meyer grade of treatment group was obviously higher that of control group(P <0.01),and after treatment,conduction velocity of motor nerve had a significant change(P <0.01).【Conclusion】 Silver needle with systematical rehabilitation can improve the movement function of the upper climbs,and it can promote regeneration of damaged nerves.
