| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical values of combined detection of CA125,AFP and CEA in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer.Methods The serum levels CA125,AFP and CEA in 58 ovarian cancer patients,54 ovary benign tumor patients and 118 healthy women were detected.Results The result showed that the serum CA125,AFP and the CEA in patients with ovarian cancer were much higher than that of ovary benign tumor group and normal control group（P0.01）.The diagnostic sensitivity of combined detection of three markers was increased than any marker detection alone.Conclusion The combined detection of CA125,AFP and CEA may have important vale in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of ovarian cancer and ovary benign tumor. |
