物理方法预防骨盆肿瘤术后深静脉血栓的疗效观察

目的 比较间歇充气压力泵( IPC)及低分子肝素(LMWH)预防骨盆肿瘤术后深静脉血栓(DVT)的效果.方法 回顾性分析2007年8月～2010年10月该科45例骨盆肿瘤术后患者应用LMWH及IPC预防DVT发生的情况,其中LMWH组21例,IPC组24例.两组患者性别、年龄、肿瘤性质、手术方式等比较,差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05),具有可比性.结果 两组患者术后创腔引流量、D-二聚体阳性率及下肢DVT发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 IPC可有效地预防骨盆肿瘤术后患者DVT的发生,且具有良好的安全性.

Effectiveness of physical method for prevention of deep vein thrombosis after pelvis tumor operation

【Objective】To investigate the preventive effectiveness of intermittent pneumatic compression(IPC) and low molecular weight heparin(LMWH) in deep vein thrombosis(DVT) after pelvis tumor operation.【Methods】The occurrence condition of DVT in 45 pelvis tumor operation cases undergoing operation treated with LMWH and IPC between Augest 2007 and October 2010 was retrospectively analyzed.Among 45 cases,21 cases were treated with LMWH at a dose of 2500 U/day(LMWH group),Another 24 cases undergoing operation treating with IPC.There was no significant difference in gender,age,character of tumor and the type of operation among 2 groups(P>0.05).【Results】No significant difference of amount of drainage,postive rate of D-dimer,occurrence rate of DVT between LMWH group and IPC group(P>0.05).【Conclusion】IPC can effectively prevent the DVT after pelvis tumor operation and has good safety.
