| 摘 要： | 目的探讨耳内镜下应用生物蛋白海绵在鼓膜穿孔愈合过程和机制。方法使用生物蛋白海绵作为鼓膜修补术的贴补材料。结果70例病人一次性贴补穿孔愈合65例，治愈率92．9％；二次性贴补穿孔愈合5例。结论生物蛋白海绵可促进鼓膜穿孔修复和愈合。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the results of mending the perforation of eardrum with biologic protein sponge under auris endoscopic. Methods: A total of 70 patients were included in the study underwent biologic protein sponge under auris endoscopic. Results: 65 cases had cicatrized after the first operation,the cure rate 92.9%; other 5 cases had cured through second operation. Conclusions: Biologic protein sponge is effective material mending the perforation of eardrum. |
