| 摘 要： | 阐述了住院医师教学能力培训的内涵和必要性、绩效与评估系统,介绍国外开展该项目的现 状和成功经验.旨在为我国医院当前全面推行该项目的探索提供借鉴和帮助,充分完善现阶 段的住院医师/专科医师培训制度,有效地利用有限的医疗教学资源,最终提高我国住院医师与实习医师的培养水平.

| Abstract: | This paper deals with the connotation and necessity of training of clinical teaching in resident doctors and the evaluation of training effect,and introduces the current overseas situation and the successful experience in this subject.The authors aim at rendering help to domestic hospitals in their efforts to adopt and carry out such a program,optimize the resident/specialist training system at the present stage in China,making use of limited medical teaching resources,ultimately improve the culture quality... |
