| 摘 要： | 用(86)~Rb~ 摄入法测定了70例健康人红细胞钠泵活性和大黄浸液对其抑制作用。结果:70例健康人红细胞钠泵活性为0.449±0.007mmol/L RBC·h。大黄浸液浓度lO~(-1)mg/ml 时。表现出抑制作用,抑制率为1.1%;浓度10~2mg/ml 时,抑制率达100%。还对大黄抑制钠泵与其药性作用关系进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The cation-transport activity of the human erythrocyte sodium pump of 70 healthy persons was studied by(86)~rubidium uptake method to measure the experimental optimum conditions which was 0.449±0.007 mmol/RBC/h.The inhibitory activity of Rheum palmatum on the human erythrocyte sodium pump in vitro was also observed.Our studies suggested that the abnormal sodium pump activity and cellular energy metabolism was possibly mutually influenced pathophysiologically. |
