| 摘 要： | 影响研究生培养质量的因素众多，大致可分为3个方面：管理因素、导师因素、个人因素。培养高层次的合格人才，离不开科学的管理。本文从研究生管理角度出发，介绍了首都医科大学研究生管理工作的部分情况，并对仍面临的一些问题进行了探讨。
