紫茜胶囊对ITP模型小鼠外周血血小板相关抗体的影响

摘    要:目的:观察紫茜胶囊对原发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)模型小鼠血小板相关抗体的变化,来阐述紫茜胶囊治疗ITP的药理作用。方法:采用注射豚鼠抗小鼠血小板血清(APS)的免疫造模方法,建立BALB/C小鼠免疫性血小板减少性紫癜模型,选用紫茜胶囊对模型小鼠进行实验研究,并用泼尼松、升血小板胶囊作为阳性对照药,观察用药前后血小板相关抗体的变化。结果:模型小鼠血小板降低,而血小板相关抗体PAIgG、PAIgM、PAIgA均升高;紫茜胶囊、泼尼松和升血小板胶囊都能不同程度降低血小板相关抗体,与模型对照组相比有显著差异(P<0.05);而紫茜胶囊组与泼尼松组、升血小板胶囊组相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:紫茜胶囊能降低外周血血小板相关抗体,减少血小板的破坏。

Abstract:Purpose:We state the pharmacology function of Ziqian capsule treating ITP through observing the change of PAIgG afte treatment with Ziqian capsule. Method:We adopt the method of injecting guinea pig with antiplate serum(APS) of mouse to produce the BALB/C mouse model of ITP and choose the Ziqian capsule to experiment on mouse model,and we also choose the group with treatment of prednisone,elevation plate capsule to be positive control group,which could observe the change of PAIgG after treatment.Results:Ziqian capsule,prednisone and elevation plate capsule all can more or less decrease PAIgG.It is obviously different from the control group(P<(0.05)).And Ziqian capsule group is not obviously different from prednisone group and elevation plate capsule group(P>(0.05)).Conclusion: Ziqian capsule could decrease peripheral PAIgG and relieve the destruction of plate.So Ziqian capsule has certain treatment effect.
