Abstract: | SUMMARY Non-traumatic retroperitoneal haemorrhage is uncommon, and the diagnosis is often difficult. However, such bleeding is frequently renal in origin, and most commonly arises from renal neoplasia, benign or malignant. We present two cases of bleeding renal angiomyolipomata, review the literature on the subject and consider options for diagnosis and treatment. |
