泌尿外科后腹腔镜手术的护理研究

目的探讨泌尿外科后腹腔镜手术的护理内容及特点，以提高护理工作效率和质量。方法随机将120例适合手术治疗的患者分为两组，观察组采用后腹腔镜手术，对照组采用传统开放手术。观察两组患者术中出血量、术后卧床时间、带引流管时间、住院天数及术后并发症例数，并进行比较。围手术期采取针对性护理措施。结果观察组较对照组手术具有创伤小、出血少、恢复快、并发症少、住院天数短等优点，差异均具有统计学意义。良好的护理配合可减少并发症，促进病人早日康复。结论某些适宜手术治疗的泌尿外科疾病，采用后腹腔镜进行手术较传统开放式手术具有显著的优越性。积极做好护理工作是手术后患者康复的重要环节。

Study on nursing measures for urologic treatment with retroperitoneal laparoscopy

Objective This paper probes into contents and characteristics of nursing care in urologic treatment with retroperitoneal laparoscopy for purpose of improving its efficiency and quality. Methods 120 patients suitable for surgical treatment are randomly divided into two groups, the observed group with retroperitoneal laparoscopy, and the control group with traditional opening operation. The quantity of bleeding in patients lost during the operation, their bed time after the operation, the time for using drainage tube, the hospitalized days and complications after operation were observed. The data of patients in these two groups were compared with each other. Results The patients in observed group have evident advantages such as smaller harm, less bleeding, faster recovery, less complications, fewer hospitalized days and so on in comparison with those of control group. All these differences are statistically significant. Conclusion In comparison with traditional opening operations, the retroperitoneal laperoscopy gains evident advantages in treatment of certain urologic diseases suitable for surgical operation. Therefore the well - done nursing care is a very important link in recovery of patients after operation.
