颈动脉狭窄行翻转式颈动脉内膜切除术21例围术期护理

目的:探讨颈动脉狭窄行翻转式颈动脉内膜切除术(eCEA)患者围术期的护理方法.方法:对21例颈动脉狭窄患者行eCEA,并给予精心术前、术后护理.结果:本组手术均顺利进行,术中颈动脉阻断时间17～25 min,平均19.7min.最早病例已随访3个月,无手术并发症发生.结论:对颈动脉狭窄患者行eCEA安全、有效,精心围术期护理,可确保手术顺利进行.减少并发症发生.

Perioperative nursing care in the treatment of 21 patients with carotid stenosis through eversion carotid endarterectomy

Objective: To explore perioperative nursing methods in the treatment of carotid stenosis through eversion carotid endarterectomy (eCEA). Methods: eCEA was applied to the 21 patients with carotid stenosis, and the careful preoperative and postoperative nursing care was given to all the patients. Results: The operations were carried out smoothly and interrupted block time of carotid artery in operation was 17～25 minutes, averagely 19.7 minutes. No surgical complications occurred according to the follow-up for 3 months. Conclusion: The eCEA is safe and effective in the treatment of carotid stenosis. Strengthened perioperative nursing care can ensure the smooth conduct of surgery and reduce oomplications.
