血浆脑利钠肽水平与高血压病患者血压昼夜变化及左室肥厚关系的研究

目的：通过观察原发性高血压（EH）患者血浆中脑利钠肽（BNP）水平的变化，探讨其与EH患者24小时血压昼夜变化及左室肥厚（LVH）的关系。方法：对EH患者93例，对照组20例行24h动态血压监测，采用放射免疫分析法测定血浆BNP含量；同时测定其左室质量指数（LVMI）。结果：（1）EH患者血浆BNP水平明显高于对照组（P〈0．01）：（2）与杓型组相比．非杓型组BNP水平升高更为明显（P〈0．05）；（3）两组EH中伴左室肥厚的患者血浆BNP水平无明显差异（P〉0.05）；（4）杓型EH患者血浆BNP水平与24小时平均脉压（24hPP）成正相关（r=0．56，P〈0．01），非杓型EH患者则无明显相关性（P〉0．05）。结论血浆BNP水平与EH患者血压昼夜变化异常和左室肥厚有关。
