7所护理院校本科课程的设置现状分析

摘    要:目的对国内7所护理院校本科课程设置的现状进行分析,以探索护理本科课程的改革方案。方法采用横向比较研究法,对国内7所护理本科院校的教学计划、实习大纲、课程设置、课程改革的相关资料进行分析。结果国内7所护理院校在本科课程设置方面进行了许多有益的探索,但还存在着一些问题:医学与护理课程设置不合理,人文课程安排随意性大,理论与实践相脱节,社区护理比重小。结论护理本科课程应加强医学与护理的渗透,注重体现护理内涵,加强人文教育,理论与实践紧密结合,强化实践能力的培养,增加适应社会发展需要的社区护理相关课程。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the current status of undergraduate course setting of 7 nursing colleges and explore undergraduate nursing curriculum reform scheme.Methods A comparative method was used to analyze the data of the teaching plans,practice outlines,curriculum setting and reform of 7 nursing colleges in China.Results The 7 nursing colleges had many beneficial attempts in undergraduate course setting,but some problems still existed as follows:unreasonable distribution between medical and nursing curriculum,random arrangement of humanistic courses,separation between theory and practice,and low proportion of community care.Conclusions The undergraduate nursing courses should strengthen the percolation of medical and nursing,reflect the nursing connotation,strengthen humanistic education,combine theory and practice,emphasize cultivation of practical abilities,and increase community-related nursing courses.
