病房动态上报及督导制的建立及临床实践研究

目的 总结病房动态上报及督导制度在临床护理工作中的实施成效.方法 对全院46个专科护理单元建立并实施病房动态上报及督导制度,对当日人力资源相对不足的科室进行人力资源动态调整及现场督导.结果 病房动态上报及督导制度实施后,重危患者、一级护理患者的护理质量及患者满意度较实施前显著提升(均P＜0.01).结论 病房动态上报及督导制度的建立与实施,有利于科学合理配置护理人力资源,提升护士长管理意识,促进护理质量持续改进,提升患者满意度.

Construction of a dynamic reporting and checking system in clinical wards:clinical practice

Objective To summarize the experiences accumulated from implementation of a dynamic reporting and checking system in clinical wards,and to evaluate the effect of the practice. Methods A dynamic reporting and checking system was established and implemented in 46 specialized nursing units. Results The quality of critical care and grade 1 care was significantly improved,and patient satisfaction was enhanced after the implementation of the dynamic reporting and checking system(P<0.01 for all). Conclusion The implementation of the dynamic reporting and checking system is scientific and practical.It helps rationally allocate nursing human resources,improve head nurses′ management consciousness,boost continuous improvement of nursing service,and improve patient satisfaction.
