| 摘 要： | 目的观察以辨证与辨病相结合组方治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效。方法治疗组87例，采用中药汤剂口服；对照组84例，采用迪银片口服。治疗8周后，经银屑病面积和严重程度指数（PASI）进行评分统计。结果2组治愈率及总有效率治疗组均优于对照组（P〈0．01和P〈0．05）。结论中药汤剂治疗寻常型银屑病，安全，有效，无不良反应，值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | [ Objective]To observe clinical effect of combined disease differentiation with syndrome differentiation on the treatment of psoriasis. [ Methods] 87 cases as treatment group was treated with oral decoction of Chinese herbal medicine; 84 as control group was treated with oral Di Yin Plan. After treatments for 8 weeks, PASI was applied to conduct evaluating statistics. [ Results ] Cure rate and total effective rate of treatment group was better than that of control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ,P 〈 0.05 ）. [ Conclusion] Chinese Herbal Compound were safety and effective in treatment of psoriasis without adverse reaction, deserve the clinical expansion. |
