| 摘 要： | 目的：观察食用茵松茸对小鼠胃排空的影响。方法：以正常、新斯的明负荷、肾上腺素负荷小鼠为实验研究模型，采用改良酚红含量测定法。结果：松茸提取液一次性灌胃给药6g／kg可显著促进正常小鼠的胃排空（P〈0．01）；对新斯的明负荷小鼠胃排空亢进，有一定拮抗作用，但无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；对肾上腺素负荷小鼠引起的胃排空抑制，有显著拮抗作用（P〈0．01）。结论：松茸提取液能促进小鼠的胃排空。

| Abstract: | Objective:A study to find out the effect of Trichotoma matsutake on Rats' Gastric Emptying Function(GEF).Methods: Setting up a series of model of Normal rats,Neostingmine-teated rats and Adrenaline-treated rats.Co-working with Trichotoma matsutake extracted dose and measuring with meliorated PSP.Results: A notable promotion been observed on normal rats model when treated with single dose(6g/kg) of Trichotoma matsutake(P<0.01);A light anti-reaction on GEF been observed on neostingmine-treated model,but with no statistic signification(P>0.05);A remarkable anti-reaction been observed on GEF of adrenaline-treated model(P<0.01).Conclusion: the Trichotoma matsutake extracted medicament can efficiently promote rats' GEF. |
