腹腔镜全子宫切除术260例临床分析

目的评价腹腔镜全子宫切除术(LTH)的临床效果。方法回顾性分析LTH260例的手术时间,出血量,并发症及术后恢复情况。结果260例LTH均在镜下顺利完成,手术时间(118.8±25.9)min,术中出血量(145.9±21.2)mL,术后体温(37.4±0.4)℃,术后肠功能恢复时间(38.7±6.2)h,术后白细胞计数(10.8±2.5)×109/L,住院时间(7.2±0.3)d。无中转开腹,无并发症发生。结论LTH具有安全,微创,出血少,恢复快等优点,是一种理想的全子宫切除术式。

Clinical Analysis of 260 Cases by Laparoscopic Total Hysterectomy

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of laparoscopically total hysterectomy （LTH）. Methods A total of 260 patients were operated as laparoscopically total hysterectomy. The operating time, blood loss, complication and postoperative recovery were analyzed. Results All of the 260 cases of laparoscopically total hysterectomy were accomplished under laparoscope successfully. The operating time was（ 118.8±25.9 ） rain, the intraoperative blood loss was （145.9±21.2 ） mL, the postoperative temperature was （ 37.4±0.4）℃, the recovery time of intestinal function was （ 38.7±6.2 ） h, the postoperative WBC was （ 10.8±2.5 ）×10^9/L and duration of hospitalization was （7.2±0.3 ） d. Conclusion Laparoscopically total hyster- ectomy has advantages of excellent safety, minimal wounding,less blood loss and quick recovery.
