香橼的质量评价标准研究

摘    要:目的建立香橼系统完整的质量评价标准。方法查阅香橼古代应用历史及目前研究状况,进行香橼品种资源及药材现状的市场调查。对香橼的化学成分进行提取分离,采用HPLC法研究了香橼的定性、定量分析方法。结果发现香橼两个品种的资源分布发生了变化;分离鉴定了6个成分;首次采用HPLC法找到了香橼两个品种的鉴别特征;建立了包括性状鉴别、薄层鉴别、检查(水分、灰分)、含量测定、浸出物等评价香橼药材的质量标准。结论对香橼药材质量的研究比较系统、完整;研究方法科学、准确;所建立的质量评价方法稳定、可行,建议国家法典收载。
