输卵管妊娠腹腔镜保守手术45例临床分析

目的:探讨输卵管妊娠患者行腹腔镜保守手术的优点、手术要点及适应证。方法:2006年6月至2008年6月我院为45例输卵管妊娠患者行腹腔镜保守手术(观察组),并与同期相同指征的45例腹腔镜输卵管切除患者(对照组)进行对比分析。结果:腹腔镜保守手术均获成功,手术时间、术中出血量、术后应用抗生素时间、住院时间、住院费用两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后血HCG值及肛门排气时间对照组大于观察组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:输卵管妊娠腹腔镜保守手术具有患者创伤小、康复快等优点,是一种较好的术式。

Clinical analysis of laparoscopic conservative operation for tubal pregnancy in 45 cases

Objective:To discuss the advantages,main points and indications of the laparoscopic conservative operation for tubal pregnancy.Methods:The laparoscopic conservative operation for tubal pregnancy in 45 cases(observation group) was compared with laparoscopic salpingectomy in 45 cases(control group).They were chosen randomly from Jun.2006 to Jun.2008 with the same indication.Results:Laparoscopic conservative operation for tubal pregnancy was successful in all cases.The postoperative blood HCG was higher and anus exhaust time was longer in control group than those in observation group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in operation time,volume of blood loss,antibiotic usage time,hospital stay and expense(P>0.05).Conclusions:With less damage and quicker recovery,the laparoscopic conservative operation for tubal pregnancy is a better operative method.
