| 摘 要： | 本文采用两种不同方法合成Ｎ－异丙基丙烯酰胺（ＮＩＰＡ）并以此单体与交联剂和引发剂等合成聚Ｎ－异丙基丙烯酰胺（ＰＮＩＰＡ）。并对凝胶性质研究，实验证明ＰＩＮＰＡ的要变温度３３℃左右，能保持物质的生理活性，在生物，医学方面有极高的利用价值。 |
