摘    要:综合目标管理在医学工程科实施的重点和难点是“考评实施方案”,这个方案也是对考评对象实施奖惩的依据。把考评内容划分为:组织纪律、医德医风,业务技术和技能、工作实绩和贡献等六个大方面。采取百分制,制定相应的标准和考评办法,在实际中有合理的操作性并能取得良好的效果。

Abstract:The emphases and difficulties in the comprehensive management by objectives implemented in the medical engineering department are the evaluation implementing plans.The plans are also the bases for the awards to the person evaluated.The evaluation is composed of six aspects:organizational principle,medical ethics,technology,skills,work performance and contribution.The appropriate criteria and evaluation methods are developed according to the hundredmark system.In practice,the evaluation has reasonable operab...
