| 摘 要： | 综合目标管理在医学工程科实施的重点和难点是“考评实施方案”,这个方案也是对考评对象实施奖惩的依据。把考评内容划分为：组织纪律、医德医风,业务技术和技能、工作实绩和贡献等六个大方面。采取百分制,制定相应的标准和考评办法,在实际中有合理的操作性并能取得良好的效果。
