HPV基因分型诊断在宫颈癌筛查中的应用

目的探讨人乳头瘤病毒（HPV）基因分型诊断在宫颈癌筛查中的应用价值,为宫颈癌的防治提供依据。方法运用膜杂交多重检测技术对1080例宫颈可疑标本进行HPV基因分型诊断,并与组织病理学诊断进行相关分析。结果1080例宫颈可疑标本经HPV基因分型诊断筛查出372例阳性,HPV感染率为34.44%,经组织病理学确诊197例为不同程度宫颈病变,病变率达18.24%。197例不同程度病变宫颈中感染HPV154例,其中87例低度鳞状上皮内病变（LSIL）感染HPV59例、98例高度鳞状上皮内病变（HSIL）感染HPV83例、12例宫颈癌感染HPV12例。结论HPV感染与宫颈病变密切相关,HPV基因分型诊断在宫颈癌筛查及防治过程中具有重要意义。

Application of IIPV genotyping in the screening of cervical cancer

Objective To investigate the value of the human papillomavirus genotyping in screeening diagnosis of cervical cancer.Methods There 1 080 women were examined by multiplex hybridization technical of HPV genotyping and histopathology wa taken as a gold standard for diagnosis of cervical cancer.Results Totally 372 cases positive for HPV were identified from the 1 080 suspected cases with an infection rate of 34.44%（372/1 080）;various pathological cervical changes were observed in 197 cases accounted for 18.24%（197/1 080）.Out of 197 cases with pathological changes at the cervix 154 were infected with HPV.In addition,There 59 out of 87 low squamous intraepithelial lesions（LSIL） cases and 83 out of 98 high squamous intraepithelial labefaction（HSIL） cases were infected with HPV,there were 12 cervical carcinoma cases infected with HPV.Conclusion There is correlation between cervical pathological change and HPV infection.HPV genotyping is of importance in the screening and treatment of cervical cancer.
