健脑调神针法治疗中风后抑郁症62例临床观察

摘    要:目的 观察健脑调神针法对中风后抑郁症的治疗作用.方法 62例中风患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组患者均接受基础治疗,治疗组加用健脑调神针法.治疗前后进行HRMD量表和神经功能缺损程度评分.结果 两组患者治疗后抑郁状态都有所改善,但治疗组改善的程度明显高于对照组;两组患者治疗后中风也都有明显康复,比较无显著性差异,但有趋势表明治疗组的中风康复好于对照组.结论 健脑调神针法对中风后抑郁症有明显的治疗作用,对中风康复有一定帮助.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the efficacy of brain-reinforcing and mind-regulating acupuncture for treating post-apoplectic melancholia. Methods Sixty-two stroke patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups. Both groups received basic treatment with the treatment group additionally given brain-reinforcing and mind-regulating acupuncture. Before and after treatment, an evaluation was made by means of HRMD scale and neural deficit score. Results After treatment, melancholy was relived in both groups but more markedly in the treatment group than in the control group. Stroke was also obviously recovered from in both groups. Although where was no significant difference, the recovery from stroke tended better in the treatment group than in the control group. Conclusion Brain-reinforcing and mind-regulating acupuncture has a marked effect on post-apoplectic melancholia and is somewhat helpful to recovery from stroke.
