| 摘 要： | 目的分析不同人口社会学特征的老年糖调节受损者应对方式的特点，为进一步实施心理干预提供参考依据。方法采用特质应对方式问卷、自编老年糖调节受损者应对方式调查问卷，对197例老年糖调节受损者的应对方式进行评定。结果不同的退休前职业及家庭收入的老年糖调节受损者应对得分差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），退休前职业为工人、家庭收入低的老年糖调节受损者积极应对得分较低（P〈0．05）；不同的性别、年龄和婚姻状况的老年糖调节受损者的应对方式差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论在老年糖调节受损者的心理干预中应多关注退休前职业为工人、家庭人均月收入较低者。
