摘 要: | 目的探讨神经节苷脂对急性脑梗死患者血清和肽素及N末端脑钠素原的影响。方法将82例急性脑梗死患者随便分为实验组和对照组,每组41例。2组均接受常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组给予胞二磷胆碱治疗,实验组给予神经节苷脂治疗。对比2组血清和肽素水平、N末端脑钠素原水平、同型半胱氨酸水平、超敏C反应蛋白水平及临床疗效。结果治疗后,实验组血清和肽素水平明显低于对照组(P0.01);实验组N末端脑钠素原水平显著低于对照组(P0.01);实验组同型半胱氨酸水平及超敏C反应蛋白水平均明显低于对照组(P0.05);实验组总有效率92.68%,显著高于对照组的75.61%(P0.05)。结论神经节苷脂可有效降低急性脑梗死患者的血清和肽素及N末端脑钠素原水平,改善炎症反应,具有良好的临床疗效。

The effect of ganglioside on serum copeptin and N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide of patients with acute cerebral infarction |

Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of ganglioside on serum copeptin and N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods Eighty-two patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,41 cases in each.Patients in the two groups were treated by conventional thera-py.On this basis,the control group was treated with citicoline,the experimental group was treated with ganglioside.The serum copeptin level,N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide level,homocysteine level,hypersensitive C-reactive protein level and clinical curative effect were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the serum copeptin level in the experimental group was evidently lower than that of control group(P <0.01).The N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide level of the experi-mental group was markedly lower than that in control group(P <0.01).The homocysteine level and hypersensitive C-reactive protein level in the experimental group were visibly lower than those of control group(P <0.05).The total effective rate in the experimental group was 92.68%,which was dramatically higher than 75.61% of control group(P <0.05 ).Conclusion The ganglioside can efficaciously reduce the serum copeptin level and N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide level,and improve the in-flammatory reaction to the patients with acute cerebral infarction.It has good clinical curative effect. |
