| 摘 要： | 目的 观察时间护理对老年患者护理质量及生存质量的影响.方法 选择60例老年患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例.对照组患者按常规进行护理和健康教育指导,观察组患者给予时间护理.比较两组患者的住院时间、治疗后健康知识评分、患者满意度及日常生活能力(ADL)评分.结果 观察组患者的住院时间较对照组显著缩短(33.1±7.6)d与(39.6±5.4)d],健康知识评分、患者满意度较对照组显著增加(96.0±3.5)分与(92.0±5.4)分;(95.0±1.9)%与(93.0±3.5)%],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗6周后,观察组患者的ADL评分显著高于对照组(90±4)分与(85±6)分],差异有统计学意义(t=10.568,P=0.02).结论 对老年患者进行时间护理,能提高护理质量及患者的生存质量.
