| 摘 要： | 目的:研究CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞(CD4+CD25+Treg)在变应性鼻炎外周血淋巴细胞中的比例,并探讨其临床意义.方法:采用流式细胞术分别检测20例季节性变应性鼻炎患者发作期外周血CD4+CD25+Treg在淋巴细胞中的比例,并与8例健康对照者进行比较.结果:变应性鼻炎患者外周血CD4+CD25+Treg和CD4+CD25highTreg所占比例与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05).结论:变应性鼻炎患者外周血CD4+CD25+Treg在外周血中的比例明显减少,可能与该病的发病机制有关. |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the change of CD4+CD25+regulatory T cells(Tregs) of peripheral blood in allergic rhinitis(AR) patients.Method:T lymphocytes of twenty AR patients and eight healthy subjects were separated and the flow cytometry was used to measure the percentage of CD4+CD25+Treg.Result:Compared with control group,the percentage of Treg and CD4+CD25high Tregs of AR patients was decreased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:The proportion of CD4+CD25+Tregs decreased in AR patients conspicuously,which mig... |
