| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the time course of vascular endothelial growth factor receptor (Flt-1,Flk-1) expression in rats spinal cord following acute injury.Methods The spinal cord injury model was made by modulated Allen's weight drop method.The expressions of Flt-1, Flk-1 were assayed by using immunohistochemical staining.Results Flt-1,Flk-1 expressions were up-regulated at 12 hours after the injury,and they reached the peak at 24 hours.On 7 days after the injury,the expressions decreased.The expressions w... |
