彩色多普勒超声在放射性视神经病变中的应用

目的 分析放射性视神经病变患者眼球的声像图特征和视网膜中央动脉的血流动力学特点,探讨彩色多普勒超声在放射性视神经病变中的应用价值.方法 应用二维超声对27只确诊为放射性视神经病变的眼球进行检查,彩色多普勒超声观察其视网膜中央动脉的血流动力学特点,包括收缩期峰值流速（PSV）、舒张末期流速（EDV）、阻力指数（RI）及搏动指数（PI）,并与40只正常健康眼球进行对照分析.结果 7只眼玻璃体无明显浑浊,11只眼玻璃体浑浊,4只眼玻璃体积血,4只眼玻璃体增生膜形成,1只眼牵拉性视网膜脱离,放射性视神经病变患者的PSV、EDV显著低于正常对照组（P〈0.05）.结论 放射性视神经病变患者的视网膜中央动脉血流速度、血管充盈度降低,彩色多普勒超声对放射性视神经病变有重要的诊断价值

Clinical application of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of radiative optic neuropathy

Objective To investigate the ultrasonic imaging characteristics of eyes and hemodynamics of central retinal arteries in patients with radiative optic neuropathy （ RON）, and to explore the application value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of radiative optic neuropathy. Methods Twenty - seven eyes of RON were examined by two - dimensional uhrasonography. The hemodynamics characteristics of central retinal arteries were observed by color Doppler ultrasound, including peak systolic velocity（PSV）, end diastolic velocity （EDV）, resistance index （RI） and pulsatility index （PI）. The results were compared with those of 40 healthy eyes. Results There were 7 eyes with no muddy vitreous body, 11 eyes with muddy vitreous body, 4 eyes with vitreous body hemorrhage, 4 eyes with proliferative vitreoretinopathy, and 1 eye with traction retinal detachment. The PSV and EDV in patients with RON were significantly lower than those in normal control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The blood flow velocity and blood vessels filling degree of central retinal arteries are decreased in patients with RON, and color Doppler ultrasound has important value in diagnosis of RON.
