试讲教学制度在培养超声医学青年教师中的价值

摘    要:试讲是正式授课前的模拟上课,是全面锻炼和培养超声医学青年教师综合授课能力的重要途径和手段,通过“预演”能够使其主动掌握、熟悉授课流程,踏准“节拍”,获得教学组同仁及模拟学员的评价反馈并加以补充修改授课方案,是不断改进和完善教学方法、提高教学技能、保证教学质量与效果的必经环节,有助于从超声医师到青年教师角色的顺利转化。

Abstract:Trial teaching before giving formal classes is an important approach and method to temper and cuhivate young teachers' comprehensive teaching ability in ultrasound medicine. Meanwhile, it is helpful for ultrasonic doctors to hold course content, improve teaching methods, develop teaching skills, guarantee teaching quality, enhance teaching effect, and become young teachers successfully.
