摘    要:目的 探讨彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)结合eFlow技术对肾结核的诊断价值.方法 对46例经二维超声和CDFI检查疑为肾结核的患者,运用eFlow技术观察病变区及其周边区的血管分布、血流敏感性、连续性及血流疏密程度.结果 CDFI结合eFlow技术诊断肾结核的灵敏度为87%,根据其声像图特点可分为积水型(16例)、结节型(4例)、钙化型(6例)、炎症萎缩型(4例)及混合型(10例).结论 CDFI结合eFlow技术能很好地显示肾结核病变内部及周边的血流微细分布,对低速、低流量血流显示敏感度良好,对临床诊治和判断预后有较高的应用价值

Abstract:Objective To explore the value of eFlow combined with color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) in diagnosis of renal tuberculosis. Methods eFlow technique was performed on 46 patients with suspicious renal tuberculosis who were examined by two - dimensional ultrasound and CDFI. The lesions, peripheral vascularity distribution, blood flow sensitivity, continuity and degree of blood flow sparse and dense were observed. Results The sensitivity of eFlow combined with CDFI in diagnosis of renal tuberculosis was 87%. According to the sonogram characteristics, the cases were divided into dropsy type( 16 cases) , lesion type (4 cases ) , calcification type ( 6 cases ) , inflammation atrophy type ( 4 cases ) and mix type ( 10 cases ). Conclusion eFlow combined with CDFI can display blood flow distribution of lesion region and periphery of renal tuberculosis, it has good sensitivity for displaying low speed and low flow blood, eFlow combined with CDFI has high clinical value for clinical diagnosis, treatment and prognosis judgment.
