阻塞型睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者夜间低氧与血清VEGF、NO水平的研究

目的检测阻塞型睡眠呼吸暂停综合征（OSAHS）患者血清血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）、一氧化氮（NO）水平,探讨与夜间低氧的关系。方法 64例OSAHS患者按呼吸暂停低通气指数分为对照组和OSAHS组,多导睡眠图监测后检测血清VEGF、NO。结果①OSAHS组VEGF及NO均高于对照组（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）。②VEGF及NO与夜间最低SaO2均呈显著负相关。结论夜间低氧是促使OSAHS患者血清VEGF、NO升高的重要原因,一定程度上可能改善缺氧情况及降低血压,在缺氧条件下对机体具有重要的保护作用。

Study on the relationship between serum vascular endothelial growth factor,nitrogen monoxidum in patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome and nocturnal hypoxemia

Objective To investigate the changes of serum vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF）,nitrogen monoxidum（NO）in patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome（OSAHS）and study on the relationship with nocturnal hypoxemia.Methods Sixty-four OSAHS patients were divided into control group and OSAHS group according to apnea-hypopnea index.Serum VEGF and NO concentration were measured after polysomnography.Results ① The level of serum VEGF and NO in OSAHS group were higher than that in control group（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.② The level of serum VEGF and NO were negatively correlated with LSaO2 level.Conclusions The increased level of serum VEGF,NO in OSAHS patients could be induced by nocturnal intermittent hypoxia may partly protect the body in the condition of hypoxiemia which could moderate the hypoxia and ischemia,also it could lower the blood pressure.
