| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effects of focused ultrasound in treatment of cervix high - risk human papillomaviral （ HR - HPV） infection . Methods Three hundred patients with HR - HPV infection were divided into two groups randomly. The treatment group was treated by focused ultrasound, while the control group was treated by interferon - α. The HPV - DNA titer in two groups was compared after three months, and the clinical therapeutic effect was observed. Results Obvious effect was observed in all the patients in treatment group, there was significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Focused ultrasound therapy is an effective method in treatment of HPV infection. |
