川芎嗪联合激素治疗对肾病综合征患者脂质代谢的影响

【目的】观察川芎嗪联合激素治疗对肾病综合征患者脂质代谢及“血液高凝状态”的影响。【方法】肾病综合征患者51例，随机分为对照组和治疗组，对照组以强的松1mg／（kg·d），治疗组在对照组的基础上加用川芎嗪注射液10m1（加入5％葡萄糖注射液250mL中静滴）。每日1次，2周1疗程，治疗8周后统计疗效。测24h尿蛋白，血浆白蛋白，血脂，凝血指标及血小板计数，观察患者临床症状。【结果】治疗组降蛋白尿，升血浆蛋白，降血脂。改善血液高凝状态，较对照组效果好，两组均无一例出血。【结论】在强的松治疗基础上加用川芎嗪，可降血脂，改善血液高凝状态，提高临床疗效。

Effect of Tetramethylpyrazine Combined with Hormone on Lipid Metabolism in Patients with Nephritic Syndrome

[Objective]To investigate the effect of tetramethylpyrazine combined with hormone on lipid metabolism and blood viscosity in patients with nephritic syndrome. [Methods] Fifty one cases with nephritic syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was given with prednisone 1mg/ kg/d. On the basis of control group, the treatment group was additionally given tetramethylpyrazine 10ml plus intravenous infusion of 250ml 5% glucose injection once a day for two weeks as a course of treatment. After 8 week treatment, 24-hour urine protein, albumin, blood lipids, platelet count and coagulation parameters were measured. The clinical symptoms were observed. [Results]Compared with control group, in the treatment group proteinuria and blood lipids decrease, and plasma albumin increased, and hypercoagulahility improved. No case of two groups had bleeding. [Conclusion]Prednisone combined with tetramethylpyrazine can reduce blood lipids, improve blood hypercoagulability and clinical efficacy.
