| 摘 要： | 目的建立HPLC法检验骨刺消痛胶囊中非法添加西药吡罗昔康的检验方法。方法采用shim-pack C18色谱柱,流动相：乙腈-0.5%冰醋酸溶液（60∶40）;检测波长：243nm。结果吡罗昔康对照品线性范围1.068-53.40μg·mL^-1,r^2=1,平均回收率为98.9%,RSD为2.1%（n=6）。结论定量方法简便,准确,专属性强。能有效地控制制剂的质量,打击假劣药品。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish method for determination of piroxlcam adding illegally in Guci Xiaotong Capsules by HPLC. Methods The shim-pack C18 column was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile and 0.5% acetic acid solution （60 ： 40） . The detection Wavelength was 243nm. Results The Linear range of reference substance of piroxicam was 1. 068-53.40μg·mL^-1. The average recovery rate was 98. 9% and the relation standard deviation （RSD） was 2. 1% （n=6） . Conclutions The quantitive method is simple, accurate and special. Established method can effectively control the quality of the preparation against fake and shoddy drugs. |
