临床护理路径在精神分裂症病人健康教育中的应用

目的探讨临床护理路径应用于精神分裂症病人健康教育中实施效果。方法将128例精神分裂症病人随机分为实验组和对照组，各64例。实验组采用临床护理路径进行健康教育，对照组采用传统方法进行健康教育，应用健康知识问卷、治疗依从性问卷和护士用住院病人观察量表（NOSIE）进行评分比较。结果一实验组接受健康教育后，病人对健康知识的掌握和治疗依从性以及NOSIE评分均明显高于对照组（P〈0.01），住院时间短于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论应用临床护理路径对精神分裂症病人进行健康教育管理，能掌握健康教育知识，提高病人生活质量和治疗依从性，缩短住院时间，促进疾病康复。

Application of the Clinical Pathway on Health Education for Patients with Schizophrenia

Objective：To ivestigate the effects of clinical pathway on health education for patients with schizophrenia. Method：The patients with Schizophrenia（n=128） were randomly divided into two groups：the experiment group（n=64）adopted clinical pathway on health eduction,the control group（n=64）appled traditional method on health eduction.The patients of two groups were assessed by health knowledge questionnaire,treatment compliance questionnaire and NOSIE.Results：The experiment group was significantly higher than the control group in grasping health knowledge,treatment compliance and the score of NOSIE（p〈0.01）;The length of stay was less than the control group（p〈0.01）.Conclusion：The clinical pathway on health edueation for schizophrenics can improve the quality of life and the tereatment compliance and shorten the length of stay and improve recovery.
