| 摘 要： | 本工作测定了正常人及与动脉粥样硬化(AS)有关疾病患者的胆固醇转移率(Rate of CholesterolTransfer, RCT)。证实患者的RCT均显著降低;高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(HDL-ch)、季节、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、年龄、吸烟、遗传家族史、病种数对RCT有影响,无论正常人或病人HDL-ch与RCT呈正相关,支持HDL-ch与AS呈反相关的理论。

| Abstract: | The factors of an influence on rate of cholesterol transfer (RCT) were examined in patients with coronary heart diseases, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, uremia, cerebrovascular disease, hypertension, hepatosis and in controls (in controls number 363 and in patients number 701) . RCT was detected in patients with each disease to be markedly lower than that in controls. High density lipo-protein-cholesterol (HDL-ch), seasons, total cholesterol (TC) triglyceride(TG) age, smoking, family inheritance, the number of the diseases had effects on RCT. HDL-ch had significant effect on RCT in controls and in patients. HDL-ch had direct relation to RCT,this confirms that HDL-ch has opposite relation to atherosclerosis. |
