| 摘 要： | 军队医院的生存离不开部队，为部队服务是军队医院职能、使命任务所在。为部队官兵创造良好诊治条件，加强基础设施建设，改善军人就医环境；狠抓医疗质量，努力提升服务内涵；重视人才培养，打牢技术服务基础，才能确保军人医疗保障到位。
