预防产妇围术期下肢静脉血栓形成的研究

目的探讨分段加压弹性长袜对产妇围术期下肢静脉血液动力学的影响。方法本研究旨通过围术期产妇术后第1~3d使用分段加压弹性长袜,对下肢静脉给予有效的压力支持,分别于麻醉前、手术后第一天、第二天、第三天用彩色多普勒超声仪测量左下肢股静脉直径2r(mm)和血液速度V(cm/s)。结果分段加压弹性长袜能有效缩小下肢静脉内径,加速下肢静脉血液流动。结论使用分段加压弹性长袜能有效预防围术期产妇下肢静脉血栓形成。

The Study on Prevention of Perioperative Lower Extremity Venous Thrombosis of Parturient Women

Objective To investigate the effects of partition compression elastic stockings on perioperative lower extremity venous hemodynamics of parturient women.Methods This purpose of this study was to give effective pressure support to lower extremity venous through the using of partition compression elastic stockings at 1 ~ 3 d after surgery in perioperative parturient women,to measure the diameter of left lower extremity venous 2r (cm) and blood velocity V (cm/s) by color Doppler before anesthesia,the first day,the second and third day after surgery,respectively.Results The partition compression elastic stockings could effectively reduce the diameter of lower extremity venous,accelerate the flow of lower extremity venous blood.Conclusion The using of partition compression elastic stockings can effectively prevent perioperative lower extremity venous thrombosis of parturient women.
