| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年性哮喘患者舒适护理的应用效果。方法选择我院2009年1月至2010年1月收治的老年性哮喘患者,对其行舒适护理干预,并与常规护理组进行比较分析。结果两组患者在护理后舒适度、治疗依从性、护理满意度、1年随访复发率比较,观察组均优于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年性哮喘患者中实施舒适护理,可提高患者满意度和舒适度,预防复发,提高护理质量。

Application Experience of Comfort Nursing for Elderly Patients with Asthma |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the application effect of comfort nursing for senile asthma.Methods The elderly patients with asthma admitted to our hospital from January 2009 to January 2010 were given comfort nursing interventions,to compare and analyze with the usual nursing group.Results After nursing,the comfort degree,treatment compliance,nursing satisfaction,one year follow-up relapse rate in the observation group were better than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P <0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comfort nursing for elderly patients with asthma can improve patients' satisfaction and comfort degree,prevent recurrence,and improve the quality of nursing. |
