| 摘 要： | 目的探讨无陪护住院老年患者围手术期的无陪护护理管理的可行性及效果。方法对医院外科系统需要手术的23例无陪护住院老年患者实施了围手术期无陪护护理管理,包括患者情况评估、护理级别、加强沟通、制定安全护理措施等。结果患者住院安全得到保障,住院时间有所缩短,无陪护护理管理减少了患者卧床的时间,减少了术后并发症的发生。结论无陪护护理管理对住院老年患者围手术期的整体护理是可行的,加快了患者康复速度,提高了患者的满意度。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the feasibility and effect of perioperative nursing management of no accompanying in hospitalized elderly patients without caregiver.Methods 23 hospitalized elderly patients who needed for surgery in hospital surgical system were implemented the perioperative nursing management of no accompanying,including patients' assessment,nursing level,communication reinforcement,safe nursing measures establishment,et al.Results The hospitalization security of the patients was guaranteed,the length of stay was also shortened,the nursing management of no accompanying reduced the patients' time in bed,reduced the incidence of postoperative complications.Conclusion No accompanying nursing management in hospitalized elderly patients is feasible,which accelerates the recovery rate of patients,increases the patients' satisfaction. |
