摘    要:目的探讨伤口换药健康卫教对门诊手术病患术后伤口换药知识、伤口换药自我效能以及伤口换药焦虑的影响。方法选择我院门诊手术病患60例,随机分为干预组和对照组:对照组实施一般门诊手术护理;干预组在对照组护理基础上实施伤口换药健康卫教。所有病患手术后第二天回诊,分别发放《伤口换药知识量表》、《伤口换药自我效能评估表》进行问卷调查;对患者自我照顾伤口的焦虑进行评分。结果 1.干预组与对照组术后伤口换药知识得分均分别为(8.23±2.49)、(7.03±2.35);干预组得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。2.干预组与对照组术后伤口换药自我效能评估得分分别为(30.25±9.49)、(22.71±8.35);干预组得分高于对照组(P<0.01)。3.干预组与对照组术后伤口换药焦虑评估得分分别为(5.25±2.49)、(6.71±2.66);干预组得分低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论伤口换药健康卫教能提升门诊手术病患术后伤口换药知识、伤口换药自我效能,降低伤口换药焦虑。

The Effectiveness of Healthy Teaching in Wound Dressing Change for Post-operative Patients on Knowledge,Self-efficacy and Level of Anxiety
Abstract:Objective To investigate the effectiveness of using healthy teaching in wound dressing change for post-operative patients in knowledge,self-efficacy and level of anxiety.Methods 60 patients who received outpatient operation,were distributed randomly to the interfering groups and control groups.The control group patients were performed conventional nursing procedure ,and the interfering groups were used healthy Teaching in Wound Dressing Change in addition to conventional nursing procedure.After two days of the operation,patients were inquired by structured demographic questionnaires about a knowledge scale of post-operative dressing change,a self-efficacy scale of post-operative dressing change and an anxiety scale of post-operative dressing change.Results Interfering groups showed that it's significant increase in the level of knowledge in dressing change and self-efficacy on dressing change after teaching,but had significant decrease on the anxiety level of dressing change.Conclusions The results of this study showed significant effectiveness of healthy teaching on increasing the levels of knowledge,self-efficacy and decreasing the level of anxiety toward dressing change for post-operative patients.
