| 摘 要： | 复制病历资料是解决医疗纠纷重要环节。电子病历复制的需求在逐年增加。为了适应新形势下电子病历复制的需要,病案管理人员要加强学习,进行职业道德教育,增强法律意识,不断增强服务意识,才能为患者提供良好的服务。

| Abstract: | Copying electronic medical records is the key link in resolving medical disputes.The demands for copying electronic medical records show an increasing tendency year by year.Medical records management staffs should not only continually learn various laws and regulations,but also enhance service awareness,which can contribute to servicing for patients with good quality. |
