摘    要:[目的]建立适合研究体外循环期间脏器损伤、全身炎症反应机制及评估相关保护措施的模型。[方法]Wistar大鼠10只进行麻醉建立体外循环心脏停跳复跳监测各时相MAP、HR、直肠温及血气分析。[结果]MAP、HR、直肠温及血气分析这些变化过程与临床实践基本相符。[结论]大鼠心脏停跳、复跳模型完全贴近临床,是研究体外循环心肺损伤机制及评价各种心肺保护措施的良好实验工具。

Abstract:[Objective] In order to construct a model which could be used for researching the organ damage,systemic inflammatory reaction mechanism,evaluating the protection measures.[Methods]Ten mice were anesthetized and constructed cardiopulmonary bypass,cardiac arrest and resuscitation,monitored MAP,HR,temperature of rectum and blood gas analysis.[Results]All the indicators were consistent with the clinical practice.[Conclusion]The model of mouse cardiac arrest and resuscitation are consistent with the clinical pra...
