| 摘 要： | 目的探讨42例肛周湿疹患者用含锌炉甘石洗剂联合酮康唑治疗的疗效观察及护理方法。方法采用含锌炉甘石洗剂联合酮康唑药物治疗肛周湿疹患者42例,糠酸莫米松软膏治疗肛周湿疹患者40例,辅以严格规范的护理方法和制度。结果含锌炉甘石洗剂联合酮康唑药物治疗肛周湿疹患者治愈率高,疗效好。结论含锌炉甘石洗剂与酮康唑联合治疗肛周溃烂与糠酸莫米松软膏相比,创面愈合时间短,显效快,适合于治疗肛周湿疹。

Effect Observation and Nursing of Zinc Calamine Lotion Combined with Ketoconazole for the Treatment of Perianal Eczema of 42 Cases |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect observation and nursing methods of zinc calamine lotion combined with ketoconazole in treating the 42 patients with perianal eczema.Methods 42 patients with perianal eczema were treated by zinc calamine lotion combined with ketoconazole,40 patients with perianal eczema were treated by mometasone furoate ointment,at the same time combined with care methods and systems of strict standards.Results The cure rate of zinc calamine lotion combined with ketoconazole in treating the patients with perianal eczema was high,the effect was good.Conclusion Compared with mometasone furoate ointment for the treatment of perianal eczema,the wound healing time of zinc calamine lotion combined with ketoconazole for the treatment of perianal eczema is short,the effect is markedly faster. |
