环乳晕切口治疗乳腺纤维瘤临床疗效分析

目的探讨环乳晕切口治疗乳腺纤维瘤的治疗效果。方法将我院自2004年3月至2008年6月期间收治的88例女性乳腺纤维瘤患者,随机分成两组(实验组44例,对照组44例),实验组采用环乳晕切口治疗,对照组采用传统放射状切口治疗,术后随访,从术后美容效果、术后并发症和肿物复发率等方面进行疗效评价。结果实验组乳腺纤维瘤后效果良好,满意度高,瘢痕小且不明显,美容效果良好,术后并发症和复发率与对照组无明显差异。结论环乳晕切口治疗女性乳腺纤维瘤安全、美观且操作简单,值得推广。

Clinical Analysis of Surround-mammary Areola Incision in the Surgery of Mammary Fibroadenoma

Objective To discuss the effect of surround-mammary areola incision in the surgery of mammary fibroma.Methods 88 female patients diagnosed as mammary fibroma from March 2004 to June 2008 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group (44 cases) used central areola incision therapy and the control one (44 cases) used traditional radial incision treatment.After the regular visits,we estimated the effect of operation by observation of the healing class of incision,postoperative complication rate and tumor recurrence.Result The experimental group had the incision scar acceptable cases of 44 to 40 patients compared with the control group;the postoperative complication rate and tumor recurrence were not significantly differenent.Conclusion Surround-mammary areola incision is a safe and cosmetic procedure in treatment of mammary fibroma and easy to operate,which deserves clinical application.
